Escamarlans<\/li><li>1.500 grs. Cebes<\/li><li>2 Caienes (Guindillas)<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Pebre Negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En primer lloc tallarem les cebes a juliana, \u00e9s a dir en mitges llunes, procurant que no siguin gaire gruixudes.<\/li><li>Posarem abundant oli d&#039;oliva a la cassola, i quan estigui calent hi afegirem les cebes, que anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 es vagin integrant amb l&#039;oli.<\/li><li>Afegirem les caienes i for\u00e7a sal ja que les cebes s\u00f3n molt dolces i finalment afegirem una mica de pebre negre al gust. Si no agrada que sigui una mica picant es posa nom\u00e9s una caiena.<\/li><li>Taparem la cassola i amb el foc molt baix deixarem coure a poc a poc la ceba. Ha de quedar molt pochada.<\/li><li>Fregim en una paella els escamarlans pels dos costats. Cal fregir-les lleugerament. Un cop fregides les reservarem.<\/li><li>Posarem una mica d&#039;aigua a l&#039;oli de fregir els escamarlans i ho remourem perqu\u00e8 agafi el sabor dels escamarlans.<\/li><li>Ho afegirem a les cebes i posarem tamb\u00e9 els escamarlans, remourem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot i donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat.
