Rap (8 filets gruixuts)<\/li><li>25 grs. Moixernons (bolets deshidratats)<\/li><li>300 grs. Cebes<\/li><li>300 grs. Tom\u00e0quets<\/li><li>80 grs. Pastanaga<\/li><li>80 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de peix<\/li><li>Farina per arrebossar<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li><li>12 Ametlles torrades<\/li><li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>Julivert <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem els bolets en remull durant 30 minuts. Les rentarem i escorrerem.<\/li><li>Salarem el rap i ho arrebossarem amb la farina. En una paella amb abundant oli d&#039;oliva ho fregirem pels dos costats i ho reservem en una cassola.<\/li><li>Ralleu la ceba i la sofregiu lentament fins que quedi transparent. Hi afegim la pastanaga tallada ben petita i tot seguit el tom\u00e0quet que li hem tret la pell. Deixem sofregir tot plegat, a foc lent fins que quedi ben cuit.<\/li><li>Afegim la farina i remenem perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi, tirem el vi blanc i deixem que s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li><li>Posem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de peix i una mica daigua. Quan comenci a bullir, apartem del foc i triturem fins que quedi ben batut. Ha de quedar una salsa for\u00e7a l\u00edquida. Ho incorporem a la cassola juntament amb el rap.<\/li><li>Farem una picada amb els alls, les ametlles i el julivert i ho afegirem a la cassola quan bulli ja la salsa.<\/li><li>Hi afegim els bolets escorreguts, la sal i el pebre negre al gust.<\/li><li>Ho deixarem bullir durant 15 minuts, amb el foc molt baix. Ho anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi el rap a la cassola.
