Els barregem en una pastadora. Es pot amassar a m\u00e0 dins un bol o b\u00e9 fent un volcan amb la farina.<\/li><li>Un cop s&#039;han barrejat b\u00e9 els ingredients, hi afegim l&#039;oli. A continuaci\u00f3, els ous un a un fins que quedi una massa humida per\u00f2 compacta.<\/li><li>Finalment afegirem les ametlles per barrejar-les amb la massa.<\/li><li>Un cop obtinguda la massa, la dividim en parts iguals i fem unes tires llargues que dipositarem en una safata de forn pr\u00e8viament untada amb oli o b\u00e9 amb un paper de coure.<\/li><li>Deixem reposar 30 minuts a la nevera. Batem un ou i pintem les barretes que pr\u00e8viament hem aplanat una mica amb les mans.<\/li><li>Forn a 180 \u00ba Cocci\u00f3 entre 20\/25 minuts. Traiem del forn, i deixem entebeir les barretes que no fregeixis del tot i les tallem a peces d&#039;1 cm +\/- cadascuna.<\/li><li>La tornem a posar a la llauna i de nou al forn fins que quedin les peces dauradetes. Els donem la volta un parell de minuts m\u00e9s de forn, i ja estan uns riquis\u00edssims carquinyolis.<\/li><li>Els carquinyolis estan m\u00e9s bons els dies posteriors que el mateix dia de la seva elaboraci\u00f3.
