En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 ho acompanyarem amb arr\u00f2s bullit i al final ens quedar\u00e0 un plat molt complet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Fricant de Vedella amb Bolets\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CpJOnlQPDmw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 filets de vedella<\/li><li>300 grs. de ceba.<\/li><li>300 grs. de tom\u00e0quet.<\/li><li>80 grs. pastanaga<\/li><li>25 grs. moixernons o bolets<\/li><li>80 ml. vi blanc<\/li><li>10 grs. de farina<\/li><li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn<\/li><li>aigua<\/li><li>oli d&#039;oliva , sal i pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PER A LA PICADA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>12 ametlles torrades<\/li><li>alls i julivert<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En primer lloc, hidratarem els bolets durant 30 minuts amb aigua freda.<\/li><li>Pelar les cebes i ratllar-les. Els tom\u00e0quets pr\u00e8viament els hem tret la pell ja que qu\u00e8 queden millor, i els tallarem a trossets.<\/li><li>Raspem la pastanaga i la tallem a discos fins.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem la carn i l&#039;enfarinarem donant uns copets a la carna per treure la farina sobrant. Posarem oli en una paella, i quan estigui calent, fregirem la carn procurant que no estigui molt cuita perqu\u00e8 no ens quedi molt dura.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli, posarem la ceba fins que estigui transparent a continuaci\u00f3 tirarem la pastanaga i deixarem sofregir lentament fins que estigui la ceba una mica daurada.<\/li><li>Despr\u00e9s, afegirem el tom\u00e0quet deixant-ho fregir tot junt fins que quedi tot ben sofregit. Posarem sal i pebre al gust. Tot seguit afegirem la farina donant-hi unes voltes fins que cou juntament amb la salsa.<\/li><li>Abocarem el vi i quan s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol, hi posarem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de caren esmicolat i una mica d&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Quan ens arrenqui a bullir, apagarem el foc i triturarem totes les verdures en una batedora deixant-ho ben fi.<\/li><li>La salsa la incorporarem a la cassola juntament amb la carn, remourem b\u00e9 i ho courem a foc lent durant 15\/20 minuts.<\/li><li>Mentres prepararem la picada amb els alls, que picarem afegirem les ametlles i despr\u00e9s el julivert tot ben picat.<\/li><li>Afegirem la picada a la cassola i seguidament afegirem els bolets ben rentats i escorreguts.<\/li><li>Posarem m\u00e9s aigua a la cassola cuidant que no s&#039;enganxi la carn, ja que en portar farina, s&#039;enganxa f\u00e0cilment.<\/li><li>Taparem la cassola i deixarem a foc lent durant 30 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Fricand\u00f3 de Vedella amb Bolets o Moixernons per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat. <\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta tradicional como este Fricand\u00f3 de Ternera con Setas o Moixernons, forma parte de nuestro recetario de cocina casera, es una videoreceta muy f\u00e1cil de preparar.
