Unes postres que far\u00e0 les del\u00edcies dels vostres comensals. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, la seva elaboraci\u00f3 \u00e9s una mica delicada. Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PER AL CARAMEL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75 Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una mica daigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem els ous sencers en un bol juntament amb el sucre, el caf\u00e8 i la llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encendrem el forn perqu\u00e8 se&#039;ns vagi escalfant a 200 \u00ba per dalt i per baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit batrem amb unes varetes o un turmix la barreja fins que quedin tots els ingredients totalment dissolts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el caramel, posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc i afegirem el sucre i una mica d&#039;aigua. No gaire ( mirar el v\u00eddeo )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem b\u00e9 fins que quedi del color desitjat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem el caramel calent a un motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduirem la barreja al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una safata de vora alta dins del forn, i dipositarem el flam. Tot seguit, omplirem la safata d&#039;aigua millor ja calenta, ja que aix\u00ed ens bullir\u00e0 abans. Passarem el forn amb la calor nom\u00e9s per baix ia 200 \u00ba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passats uns 60 minuts ja tindrem llest el nostre flam de caf\u00e8. \u00c9s preferible abans, fer la prova del escuradents per saber si ja est\u00e0 ben cuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllarem i ja tindrem preparat i llest el nostre exquisit flam de caf\u00e8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Flam de Caf\u00e8 per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy hemos preparado un delicioso Flan de Caf\u00e9 elaborado de la forma tradicional, ya ver\u00e9is que queda espectacular, con el sabor del caf\u00e9.
