Espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Beicon (Panceta)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 gemmes d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Crema de Llet (Nata per cuinar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem la mantega en una cassola i quan estigui fosa la mantega li afegirem el bac\u00f3. Ho remourem i quan estigui daurat apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran hi posarem els rovells dels 2 ous i hi afegirem la nata per cuinar, el pebre negre, 3 cullerades soperes de formatge parmes\u00e0 i l&#039;orenga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Batrem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integrin tots els ingredients. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una olla gran al foc amb aigua abundant per bullir la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#039;aigua comenci a bullir afegiu-hi la sal i una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva ia continuaci\u00f3 els espaguetis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem coure la pasta fins que quedi al dente. L&#039;escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltejarem la pasta a la paella juntament amb el bac\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop saltada la pasta la posarem al bol i ho barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provem de sal, ja que el bac\u00f3 i el formatge parmes\u00e0 s\u00f3n una mica salats i potser no cal afegir sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servirem els espaguetis acompanyats amb formatge parmes\u00e0 ratllat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Espaguetis a la Carbonara per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta de Pasta cl\u00e1sica como estos Espaguetis a la Carbonara, as\u00ed es como los preparamos en casa, ya ver\u00e9is que es muy sencilla, rica y econ\u00f3mica.
