Avellanes trossejades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Culleres soperes de Ron Negro (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel Bomb\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. Xocolata Fondant al 70% Cacau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3 Bombons per a Sant Valent\u00ed:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepararem primer la t\u00f2fona per fer el farciment dels bombons. Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb aigua a escalfar ia sobre un recipient per fer un bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la mantega al recipient i quan s&#039;hagi dissolt hi afegim la nata per muntar i quan estigui a punt de bullir apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporem la xocolata fondant que pr\u00e8viament hem triturat perqu\u00e8 es dilueixi amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem fins que la xocolata s&#039;hagi deixat i estigui tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem les avellanes trossejades ben petites i les 3 cullerades de Rom Negre (es pot fer sense licor) i ho barregem tot fins que estigui ben integrat. Reservarem la t\u00f2fona a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per a la cobertura del bomb\u00f3 posarem la xocolata triturada en un cass\u00f3 i la desfarem al bany maria. Un cop la xocolata estigui calenta apagarem el foc i afegirem la mantega, remenant perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar la xocolata fins a una temperatura d&#039;uns 30 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els motlles per fer els bombons s\u00f3n en forma de cor, per\u00f2 es poden utilitzar altres motlles, si pot ser de silicona, ja que es desemmotllen amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem abundant xocolata dins dels motlles i seguidament donem la volta al motlle i el sobrant de xocolata tornar\u00e0 a caure dins del recipient. Netegem les vores del motlle i donem uns cops al motlle per treure les bombolles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Deixem refredar la xocolata a la nevera. Si veiem que ens ha quedat una capa massa fina, tornem a repetir l&#039;operaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tingut la t\u00f2fona al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 10\/15 minuts aproximadament. Posem la t\u00f2fona en una m\u00e0nega pastissera i omplim els cors amb la t\u00f2fona, tenint en compte de no arribar fins a la vora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s posarem xocolata per sobre del farcit fent una tapa ia continuaci\u00f3 hem de treure tota la xocolata sobrant i deixar-ho ben llis.
