Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebrot Vermell i Verd al gust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades soperes Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera Vinagre de Jerez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem les verdures a trossets el m\u00e9s petitons que puguem. Els tom\u00e0quets cherry els partim per la meitat. Es pot posar tom\u00e0quet vermell al lloc dels cherry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran posem les llenties, hi afegim la tonyina en oli una mica esmicolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim totes les verdures i remenem perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una salsa vinagreta amb tres cullerades d&#039;oli, una cullerada de vinagre i sal al gust.
