Farina de for\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>240 grs. sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. massa mare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. de llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300cc d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega de porc per a pasta de full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cabell d&#039;\u00e0ngel per al farciment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En primer lloc, tamisem la farina que posarem a la pastadora, juntament amb el sucre, la sal, la massa mare, els ous i l&#039;aigua. El llevat de forner el reservarem per afegir-lo al final del pastat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem d&#039;aconseguir una massa molt el\u00e0stica per tant, haurem d&#039;amassar durant for\u00e7a estona. Dependr\u00e0 de la pastadora, per\u00f2 m\u00ednim de 20\/25 minuts. Quan faltin 5 minuts, afegim el llevat de forner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem unes voltes a m\u00e0 i deixarem reposar durant 30 minuts tapada amb un drap de cuina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividirem les porcions jo les vaig fer de 250 grs per\u00f2 poden ser de m\u00e9s pes. Olim les safates on les dipositarem perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns enganxin. Formem unes boles i les deixem reposar una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un corr\u00f3 allarguem la massa fins que quedi molt fina. Escampem per tota la massa la mantega de porc i acabem d&#039;estirar-la amb les mans perqu\u00e8 quedi encara m\u00e9s fina. Posem a la part superior els cabells d&#039;angel i l&#039;enrotllem cap avall procurant que ens quedi una tira embolicada i allargada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrotllarem una mica i deixarem reposar 20 minuts. Despr\u00e9s, l&#039;allargarem encara m\u00e9s, i la dipositarem a la safata pr\u00e8viament untada amb oli, formant una espiral des del centre cap a fora el bec es remata posant-ho sota la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat per poder ser herm\u00e8ticament durant dotze hores.
