Pernil Serrano picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de 1 Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obrim el mel\u00f3 i li traiem totes les llavors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la meitat del mel\u00f3 farem unes boletes per decorar el plat. Es poden fer la quantitat que us agradi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la pell de tot el mel\u00f3 i el tallem a trossos petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric anirem batent tot el mel\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan ja estigui l\u00edquid li afegirem el suc de Llimona, la copeta de vi de Porto i el Pebre Negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho batrem b\u00e9 i tot seguit hi afegirem la Crema de Llet i batrem una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es pot afegir una mica de sal al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les boletes de mel\u00f3 i el guardarem a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En servir-lo afegirem el pernil picat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu la v\u00eddeo recepta de la Crema de Mel\u00f3 al Porto per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/h2>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy hemos preparado una refrescante Crema de Mel\u00f3n en casa.
