Es pot fer amb un molinet de caf\u00e8.<\/li><li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc al bany maria i hi afegim les tres classes de xocolata.<\/li><li>Quan la xocolata estigui gaireb\u00e9 dissolta afegirem les avellanes, el sucre glas i la llet.<\/li><li>Ho remourem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri tot i finalment afegirem l&#039;oli de gira-sol.<\/li><li>Batrem en\u00e8rgicament perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els ingredients i deixarem coure, sense que arribi a bullir.<\/li><li>Un cop ben integrat posarem la crema d&#039;avellana en uns pots de vidre. Cal fer-ho en calent ja que quan es refredi quedar\u00e0 m\u00e9s espessa.<\/li><li>Quan s&#039;hagi refredat, taparem els pots i els guardarem a la nevera.
