S\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de fer i us quedaran bon\u00edssims. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>210 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Llevat Qu\u00edmic (mitj\u00e0 sobre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina i li afegim el llevat qu\u00edmic. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un cass\u00f3 la llet, el sucre, la sal i la mantega. Ho posem al foc i quan comenci a bullir, tirem de cop la farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baixarem el foc i anirem remenant en\u00e8rgicament, sense deixar de remenar fins que la massa se separi de les parets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aturarem el foc i remourem una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa s&#039;hagi refredat una mica, batrem primer un ou i ho afegirem a la massa. Cal anar-ho integrant a poc a poc fins que la massa l&#039;hagi absorbit totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 amb un altre ou, sempre batent perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem el tercer ou i afegirem primer una mica, ja que de vegades amb dos ous i una mica m\u00e9s ja n&#039;hi ha prou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La massa ha de quedar a punt de corbata (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fregir els bunyols, posarem una paella fonda al foc amb abundant oli de gira-sol, i quan estigui l&#039;oli ben calent farem unes boles amb dues culleretes petites. Els bunyols solen fer la volta sols, per\u00f2 si aix\u00f2 no passa, els donem la volta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els deixarem esc\u00f3rrer en paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estiguin freds, els farcirem amb la crema pastissera. Posarem la crema en una m\u00e0nega ia la m\u00e0niga hi hem posat un canonet dispensador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el canonet foradem els bunyols i els farcim.
