(la sal es pot afegir al principi)<\/li><li>Jo utilitzo una pastadora per\u00f2 es pot amassar dins d&#039;un bol o b\u00e9 en la forma cl\u00e0ssica del volc\u00e0<\/li><li>Un cop feta la massa (ha de quedar suau) la deixarem reposar fins que dobli el volum. La dividirem en porcions i li donarem la forma desitjada i deixarem fermentar.<\/li><li>Abans de coure les peces, s&#039;han de pintar amb ou. El forn a 200 graus i uns 20 minuts (dependr\u00e0 del pes de les peces.
