L&#039;afegirem a la barreja en un parell de vegades i tamb\u00e9 en mode envoltant, l&#039;anirem integrant a la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera i amb un cornet m\u00e9s aviat fi, dipositarem sobre una llauna a la qual pr\u00e8viament haurem posat un paper de coure. Acabarem de distribuir tota la massa amb una esp\u00e0tula. ja que ens ha de quedar una planxa fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haurem preparat pr\u00e8viament el forn a 180 graus per dalt i per baix i ho posarem a coure. Amb deu minuts n&#039;hi haur\u00e0 prou, ja que en ser la planxa molt fina, es cou r\u00e0pidament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop cuita, la deixarem temperar (no refredar) i li traurem el paper de coure. Tamb\u00e9 amb un ganivet tallarem el sobrant perqu\u00e8 quedi totalment rectangular. Sobre un drap net, posarem la nostra planxa i l&#039;embolicarem al costat del drap perqu\u00e8 agafi \u00abforma\u00bb i la deixarem ara s\u00ed refredar b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La desenrotllarem i posarem la crema o la nata si preferiu sense arribar a omplir la part de dalt que ens servir\u00e0 per al tancament.
