Et sorprendr\u00e0 que b\u00e9 i bons que et quedessin seguint les nostres indicacions. Cobertura de Xocolata<\/li><li>50 grs. de mantega<\/li><li>50 grs. d&#039;Ametlla trossejada ben fina<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Primer elaborarem el farciment. Posarem un cass\u00f3 al bany maria, i afegirem la mantega fins que quedi dissolta. Quan s&#039;ha fos, li afegirem la nata (o crema de llet) i no deixarem de remenar.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e8viament haurem picat la xocolata amb una trituradora, per deixar-la gaireb\u00e9 en pols, perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui abans. Ho afegim a la nata i mantega, i remourem constantment, un cop estigui totalment dissolt, reservarem.<\/li><li>Seguidament per fer el bomb\u00f3, Tamb\u00e9 al bany maria, fondrem la xocolata, que tamb\u00e9 ho haurem esmicolat remenant sense parar i traurem del foc.<\/li><li>Aquesta xocolata, ara ho hem de temperar sobre un marbre preferentment. Buidarem 3\/4 parts sobre el marbre. i amb una esp\u00e0tula, ho anirem repartint b\u00e9 sobre el marbre fins a aconseguir que refredi a uns 27 graus cent\u00edgrads. (mirar el v\u00eddeo) a poc a poc notareu que la xocolata, va quedant esp\u00e8s. D&#039;aquesta manera aconseguirem cristal\u00b7litzar el cacau i ens quedaran molt brillants i bonics.<\/li><li>Un cop refredat, ho ajuntarem de nou amb la xocolata que hem deixat dins del perol, remenant i aix\u00ed ens arribar\u00e0 a la temperatura que necessitem.<\/li><li>Omplirem uns motlles de silicona millor amb dibuixos variats que n&#039;hi ha, i la part sobrant, l&#039;eliminarem amb una esp\u00e0tula.<\/li><li>Voltejarem el motlle dins del cass\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 es desprengui tota la xocolata que ens sobra, i aix\u00ed es far\u00e0 el buit per al farcit. Ho dipositarem al frigor\u00edfic uns 5 minuts perqu\u00e8 prengui la xocolata.<\/li><li>En treure&#039;l del frigor\u00edfic, ponderem a escalfar al bany maria la t\u00f2fona que tenim reservada, en cas que s&#039;hagu\u00e9s refredat molt i una vegada la treiem del foc, hi afegirem les ametlles trossejades procurant no arribar a la vora del motlle, ja que a continuaci\u00f3 hi posarem xocolata per sobre abundantment per acabar d&#039;omplir tots els buits, i per fer la base inferior del bomb\u00f3 allisant-ho b\u00e9 amb l&#039;esp\u00e0tula procurant rebutjar tota la xocolata sobrant.<\/li><li>Ho podrem una estoneta entre 5 i deu minuts al frigor\u00edfic, i ja est\u00e0 podreu desemmotllar-los f\u00e0cilment i us sorprendreu del bons i bonics que us quedaran.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Bombons farcits de Trufa i Ametlles per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bombones rellenos de trufa y almendra troceada, para esta recetas hemos trabajado el chocolate, aunque es un poco engorroso, al final con la pr\u00e1ctica, todo acaba saliendo.
