En una batedora, aboquem els ous i el sucre tamb\u00e9 podem integrar la vainilla i la ratlladura de la llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho batem molt b\u00e9 amb marxa r\u00e0pida durant almenys 8 minuts fins que els ous s&#039;espongin i la barreja, agafi el punt de dibuix (mireu v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit, hi afegirem la farina que ten\u00edem reservada molt lentament procurant que no s&#039;abaixi la barreja. \u00c9s convenient barrejar-la amb la m\u00e0 introduint el bra\u00e7 al recipient, per dissoldre totalment la farina procurant arribar al fons del recipient i de baix a dalt barrejar fins que s&#039;integri totalment la farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem un motlle amb mantega i hi posarem una mica de farina perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns enganxi.
