Carn Picada de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/salsa-beixamel\/\">Salsa Beixamel<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem les alberg\u00ednies per la meitat de dalt a baix i els farem uns talls transversals. Les posarem en una llauna de forn i les rostirem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament amb el forn per dalt i baix a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads. Les deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva a la paella i sofregim la ceba i el porro que hem picat pr\u00e8viament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les verdures estiguin transparents hi afegirem la carn picada i la fregirem. Un cop sofregida la carn hi afegirem la sal i el pebre negre al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregida i hi donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integrin tots els ingredients. Ho deixarem reposar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la polpa de les alberg\u00ednies amb compte, deixant nom\u00e9s la pell i una petit\u00edssima part de polpa per poder-les omplir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una forquilla aixafem la polpa que hem tret de les alberg\u00ednies i la barregem amb la salsa que ten\u00edem reservada.
