Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hem tingut 30 minuts les clo\u00efsses en remull. Despr\u00e9s les rentarem amb aigua freda i les escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquem la ceba, el tom\u00e0quet, els alls i el julivert i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el sucre al tom\u00e0quet perqu\u00e8 perdi l\u00b4acidesa i tamb\u00e9 el reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent, hi afegirem la ceba i els alls picats i quan estiguin transparents hi afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat i ho deixarem sofregir tot junt, a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ben sofregit afegirem la sal i la farina remenant perqu\u00e8 es vagi coent la farina i no se&#039;ns enganxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 tirarem les clo\u00efsses a la cassola i remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients. Taparem la cassola i amb el foc baix, esperarem fins que s&#039;hagin obert totes les clo\u00efsses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop obertes afegirem el vi blanc i el bitxo.
