Tallem el julivert molt petit i el reservarem.<\/li><li>Posem la paella al foc amb oli i de seguida li tirem els alls i els donem unes voltes vigilant que no se&#039;ns cremin.<\/li><li>Hi afegirem el full de llorer. Quan els alls estiguin dauradets, hi tirem la farina remenant i quan agafi color, hi afegim el vi i el julivert, la sal i el pebre.<\/li><li>Tot seguit, hi afegim les clo\u00efsses, tapem la cassola perqu\u00e8 s&#039;obrin ia mesura que es vagin obrint, les traurem de la cassola i les reservarem.<\/li><li>Un cop fora del foc, deixarem que s&#039;espesseixi la salsa sense tapar la cassola.
