Anima&#039;t a preparar-los a casa i gaudeix del seu sabor \u00fanic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Donuts (Doughnut)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jkeNMw-Lk5M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 grs. de farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. de llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. de mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. de llevat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. de sucre invertit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de cardamom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ratlladura de mitja taronja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els pastarem a m\u00e0, i per tant, posarem en un bol primer la llet barrejada amb el sucre invertit, per aprofitar-ho ja que amb la llet es dissol b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la mantega, l&#039;ou, la sal, la ratlladura de la taronja, el cardamom i el llevat. Barregem els ingredients, i comencem a amassar primer amb una esp\u00e0tula per no tacar-nos gaire les mans. Quan ha agafat consist\u00e8ncia, continuarem el pastat a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La massa la posarem en un recipient tapada amb un drap deixant-la reposar fins a doblegar el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una hora m\u00e9s tard, procedirem a estirar la massa amb un corr\u00f3 fins que la deixem d&#039;un cm. m\u00e9s o menys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un tallapastes, anirem tallant els donuts i per fer el centre, podem fer servir un tap qualsevol d&#039;ampolla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posar-los en una safata amb paper de coure, i deixar-los fora del corrent d&#039;aire fins que fermenten b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop han fermentat, posarem una paella fonda amb oli de gira-sol. No necessita gaire temperatura ja que els donuts es fregeixen molt r\u00e0pidament. M\u00e9s o menys, un minut per cada costat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem la gla\u00e7a, fonent la mantega al microones i afegim el sucre gla\u00e7 aix\u00ed com una miqueta d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banyarem els donuts per les dues cares, i els deixarem esc\u00f3rrer. Un cop freds, ja els podrem degustar.
