Si vols pots afegir-hi una figura de xocolata per a la Mona, com \u00e9s tradici\u00f3 a Catalunya per a la festivitat de Pasqua.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Mona de pasqua xocolata\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0f3JG7b8lws?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/pa-de-pessic-esponjos\/\">pa de pessic<\/a><\/li><li>200 cc de nata per muntar<\/li><li>200 grs. de xocolata de cobertura<\/li><li>Melmelada al gust<\/li><li>30 grs. de mantega<\/li><li>100 grs. de sucre<\/li><li>250 cc d&#039;aigua<\/li><li>mig gotet de licor (Cointreau)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En primer lloc, farem un xarop que reservarem i que posarem dins una vegada partit en dues meitats per a una millor conservaci\u00f3 del pa de pessic.<\/li><li>Poseu l&#039;aigua juntament amb el sucre al microones durant tres minuts a la m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia.<\/li><li>Remenarem el sucre que no s&#039;hagi dissolt i repetirem l&#039;operaci\u00f3 tres minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Traurem del micro, i el posarem en un cass\u00f3 al qual afegirem el licor; en aquest cas Cointreau per\u00f2 pot ser qualsevol altre que us agradi. Posem al foc perqu\u00e8 s&#039;evapori una mica l&#039;alcohol i ho deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>En un cass\u00f3 al foc, posarem la nata. Quan aquesta comenci l&#039;ebullici\u00f3, hi afegirem la xocolata de cobertura que pr\u00e8viament haurem trossejat, i quan s&#039;hagi integrat totalment, hi afegirem finalment la mantega. Remenarem b\u00e9 amb una cullera de fusta.<\/li><li>Partirem el pa de pessic en dues meitats i impregnarem (sense passar-se) amb una cullera el xarop. Seguidament, hi afegim la melmelada per tota la base del pa de pessic i el tapem amb l&#039;altra meitat.<\/li><li>Seguidament posem sobre un suport (veure v\u00eddeo) amb una safata a sota (que ens servir\u00e0 per recollir el sobrant) i aboquem tota la xocolata per sobre allisant-ho amb una esp\u00e0tula procurant impregnar tamb\u00e9 els costats.<\/li><li>Posem granet d&#039;ametlla per tot el lateral, i li donem uns tocs de nata muntada amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb el filtre arrissat.
