Sal Gruixuda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem el greix dels laterals del magret d&#039;\u00e0nec amb un ganivet ben esmolat i traiem els nervis que hi ha a la part de dalt de la carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un recipient, que sigui de la mida aproximada del magret, una capa de sal gruixuda ia sobre hi posem el magret per la part de la pell i cobrim tot el magret amb la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem el recipient amb paper film i el guardem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 30 hores aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop transcorregudes les 30 hores el traiem del frigor\u00edfic i amb un drap de cuina traiem tota la sal.
