Vedella Picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Carn de Porc Picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Pa Rallat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Alls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, Pebre Negre i Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. P\u00e8sols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gla\u00e7\u00f3 de Caldo de Carn <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Batrem els ous, els alls, el julivert, juntament amb el pebre negre i la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol posarem tota la carn picada al costat de la barreja que hem batut, remenarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat. Afegirem el pa ratllat i ho barrejarem fins que ens quedi una pasta consistent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovarem el punt de sal, i farem unes boles petites que fregirem amb oli d&#039;oliva, procurant que no quedin gaire cuites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli fregirem en primer lloc la ceba i la pastanaga que pr\u00e8viament hem tallat, fins que quedi transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim el tom\u00e0quet, al qual haurem tret la pell i ho deixem sofregir tot junt fins que quedi tou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturarem totes les verdures i afegirem aigua fins a aconseguir que quedi una salsa for\u00e7a l\u00edquida.
