Tom\u00e0quets triturats de pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>260 grs. Pebrots rostits de pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 ml. Brou de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Pebre vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alf\u00e0brega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli a la cassola i quan estigui calent hi afegim la ceba, el porro i els alls tot trossejat petit. Salarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem i escalfarem amb el foc baix durant uns 12 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem a continuaci\u00f3 els pebrots trossejats, el tom\u00e0quet triturat, el sucre, el pebre vermell, el pebre negre i el brou de pollastre. Quan bulli abaixarem el foc i courem durant uns 20 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric triturem la crema i afegim la nata per cuinar.
