Es pot fer f\u00e0cilment a casa i us quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"schema-videoobject\" class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZLTIlFbmuZU?\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg. Calamars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena (Guindilla)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tinta de Calamar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu i netegeu b\u00e9 els calamars. Els deixem esc\u00f3rrer. Tallem els calamars en c\u00e8rcols m\u00e9s aviat gruixuts. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu una cassola al foc amb oli d&#039;oliva. Hi afegim els alls picats i seguidament les cebes tallades molt petitetes. Afegiu-hi la sal i fareu les cebes amb el foc molt baix durant uns 15 minuts amb la cassola tapada perqu\u00e8 vagi coent millor. Cal vigilar que no es torri la ceba i donar-hi voltes de tant en tant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim els calamars i ho remenem tot. Tapem la cassola i esperem que els calamars deixin anar la seva aigua. Els coem durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s hi afegim el vi blanc i hi donem unes voltes fins que s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el tom\u00e0quet fregit, la caiena trossejada i el julivert. Dissolem la tinta amb una mica d&#039;aigua i tamb\u00e9 la posem a la cassola. Ho fem a poc a poc fins a aconseguir el color negre que desitgem i remenem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coeu els calamars amb la cassola tapada durant uns 30 minuts, fins que estiguin tendres i afegiu-hi una mica d&#039;aigua si cal per acabar la cocci\u00f3.
