Carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Patata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Formatge Crem\u00f3s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensopegades de Pa Torrat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentarem b\u00e9 totes les verdures i les tallarem a discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al carbass\u00f3 li hem deixat una mica de pell, ja que ens donar\u00e0 despr\u00e9s un color verd\u00f3s, i al porro li hem tret la part m\u00e9s verda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una olla amb el fons ample, posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent incorporem el carbass\u00f3, el porro i la patata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofregim lleugerament les verdures, nom\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 agafin una mica el sabor de l&#039;oli. Li farem un parell de voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim l&#039;aigua que ha de cobrir les verdures. No s&#039;ha de fer fora gaire ja que sempre podem afegir m\u00e9s quantitat, si veiem que espessa molt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la sal i ho deixarem bullir durant uns 20\/25 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les verdures ja estan cuites, hi afegim el formatge crem\u00f3s i quan s&#039;hagin dissolt apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric, ho triturem al gust.
