El conill \u00e9s una carn blanca molt recomanable per a lorganisme, ja que \u00e9s baixa en greix i t\u00e9 un sabor exquisit. Ametlles Crues sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Llesca de Pa Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Patates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i fregim les ametlles, la llesca de pa. Hi afegim el full de llorer, els alls i despr\u00e9s el fetge del conill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les ametlles, el pa i el fetge estiguin fregits els reservarem i ho posarem en un got batedor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem la ceba tallada a quadradets petits amb el foc baix. Quan estigui daurada<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>la reservarem tamb\u00e9 al got batedor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem el conill pr\u00e8viament salpebrat, amb el foc una mica m\u00e9s fort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el vi blanc i l&#039;aigua al got batedor i amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric el batrem fins que quedi tot ben fi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la salsa a la cassola i posarem tamb\u00e9 el conill i deixarem coure a foc lent amb la cassola tapada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua, ja que la salsa pot quedar molt espessa i comprovarem de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem les patates a quadradets i les fregim en abundant oli d&#039;oliva.
