Un plat de pasta molt complet i conegut al m\u00f3n sencer. Carn picada de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Carn picada de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/salsa-beixamel\/\">Salsa Beixamel<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/salsa-beixamel\/\">: (per veure el v\u00eddeo clica aqu\u00ed)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en remull amb aigua calenta les plaques de lasanya durant uns 10 o 15 minuts aproximadament. Si les plaques de lasanya s\u00f3n de les de bullir, seguir les instruccions del fabricant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofregiu la ceba picada en una paella amb l&#039;oli calent. Quan comenci a daurar hi afegim la carn de vedella i de porc picades. Cal integrar-ho tot i afegim la sal i el pebre negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la pastanaga ratllada i farem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 quedi la carn ben sofregida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el vi blanc i quan evapori l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit. Reservarem una cullerada de salsa de tom\u00e0quet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem i afegirem la llet i courem tot junt durant un parell de minuts. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la salsa beixamel posant una cassola al foc amb la mantega. Quan estigui fosa apartarem la cassola del foc i afegirem la farina, remourem i posarem lentament la llet. Cal remenar fins que no quedin grumolls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la cassola al foc i hi afegirem la sal, el pebre i la nou moscada. Deixem coure la salsa fins que s&#039;espesseixi, sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem les plaques de lasanya i les posem en un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 acabin d&#039;assecar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la safata que utilitzarem per al forn, posarem al fons uns daus de mantega ia sobre una capa de lasanya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre de la pasta posarem una tercera part de la carn. L&#039;estendrem per tota la superf\u00edcie ia sobre hi posarem una mica de salsa beixamel. Empolvorem amb formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una altra capa amb la lasanya, la carn, la salsa beixamel i el formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment farem una altra vegada el mateix i taparem amb una altra capa de lasanya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la resta de la salsa beixamel hi afegirem la cullerada restant de salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Barregem b\u00e9 i l&#039;estendrem per sobre de la pasta. Cobrirem amb formatge ratllat i gratinarem al forn, procurant posar la safata for\u00e7a avall del forn perqu\u00e8 es vagi escalfant i alhora gratinant fins a quedar el formatge daurat per sobre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la <strong>lasanya de carn<\/strong>&nbsp;per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2
