Aquesta recepta destaca per la molla dura i l&#039;escor\u00e7a cruixent, caracter\u00edstiques t\u00edpiques d&#039;aquest tipus de pa. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de llevat en pols de forner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per al Pa Candeal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 grs. Llevat en pols de forner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ara fer la massa mare posarem en un bol la farina, laigua i una punteta dun ganivet de llevat en pols de forner. Remenarem b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem una mica m\u00e9s amb les mans i farem una bola. Taparem el bol amb paper film i deixarem que fermenti durant unes tres hores i mitja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fermentada la massa afegirem l&#039;aigua i remourem una mica. Afegirem el llevat en pols i ho barrejarem una mica. Hi afegim la sal i la farina tamisada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem amb les mans fins aconseguir que la farina quedi totalment integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem amb les mans fins que quedi una massa ben llisa. \u00c9s una massa molt dura i cal amassar-la durant uns 14 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirarem la massa amb un corr\u00f3. Com que \u00e9s una massa molt dura de tant en tant deixarem d&#039;allisar i deixarem reposar un moment per tornar a comen\u00e7ar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop ben estirada la massa li farem uns plecs (veure el v\u00eddeo) i tornarem a estirar amb el corr\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem altres plecs i continuarem estirant fins que quedi la massa rectangular. Tallarem les vores perqu\u00e8 quedi ben rectangular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li donarem forma de barrot \u00e9s a dir doblegant la massa perqu\u00e8 quedi un cilindre i deixarem reposar un moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb les mans anirem estirant el cilindre. Li donarem uns copets que ens ajudaran a allargar-la. Ha de quedar for\u00e7a llarg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplanarem el cilindre i el doblegarem per la meitat. Tallarem les puntes i tornarem a aplanar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per la part de fora farem uns talls i us donarem la forma circular unint els dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la corona en una llauna de forn amb paper d&#039;enfornar i deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat que no li doni l&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Posem dins del forn un recipient amb pedres volc\u00e0niques o cargols met\u00e0l\u00b7lics perqu\u00e8 s&#039;escalfin i aix\u00ed poder tirar aigua despr\u00e9s que ens far\u00e0 el vapor que necessitem per a la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fermentada la rosca, farem uns foradets amb un escuradents gruixut i la polvoritzem amb aigua per donar-li brillantor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En entrar la rosca al forn hi posem l&#039;aigua dins del recipient per fer el vapor. Enfornem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament, fins que quedi daurada per sobre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Corona de Pa Candeal per
