Maduixots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Crema Pastissera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades de Melmelada de Maduixa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Per fer la Crema Pastissera:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem la massa de pasta de full per la meitat i<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>passarem una de les dues meitats a una safata de forn amb paper vegetal a sobre. Punxarem tota la superf\u00edcie amb una forquilla perqu\u00e8 no pugi la massa en coure-la<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l&#039;altra meitat tallarem 4 tires de 2,5 cent\u00edmetres d&#039;amplada i 38 cm. de llarg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem amb aigua les vores de la massa de pasta de full i posarem una tira a cada part llarga de la massa. Premem b\u00e9 i pintarem de nou posant despr\u00e9s una altra tira al damunt i prement-la tamb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem 4 tires de 2.5 cent\u00edmetres d&#039;amplada i farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 per la part estreta de la massa de pasta de full. Traurem els sobrants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem un ou amb una mica d&#039;aigua i pintarem les tires de les vores. Posarem uns cigrons secs a la part central de la pasta de full perqu\u00e8 no pugi la massa en coure-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i enfornem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Deixarem refredar la pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la crema pastissera en una m\u00e0niga pastissera i omplim tota la part central de la pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre posarem els maduixots tallats per la meitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem dues cullerades de melmelada amb una cullerada d&#039;aigua i amb aquesta barreja pintarem b\u00e9 damunt del past\u00eds perqu\u00e8 quedi brillant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure
