Gaudeix de totes aquestes varietats per preparar aquests riquisims panets, que pots acompanyar per a qualsevol \u00e0pat, o per preparar uns deliciosos entrepans farcits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segueix els passos de la recepta i gaudeix dels teus panets casolans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Panets de Viena\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hHIc-_Ny2lM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients per a 18 panets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Kg de farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>570 ml. d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. llet en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc per fondre la mantega fins que agafi una mica de color i la deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisarem la farina i la posarem al perol. Avui pastarem a m\u00e0quina, per\u00f2 podeu pastar a m\u00e0 com podeu veure en una altra de les meves receptes pastar pa a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem la mantega, la sal, la llet en pols, el sucre i l&#039;aigua. Encara que ens reservarem una mica per falta afegir-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la m\u00e0quina de pastar a m\u00e0quina lenta per procedir al fresat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als cinc, o vuit minuts, hi posarem el llevat ben trossejat i hi afegirem l&#039;aigua que hav\u00edem reservat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguirem pastant a una velocitat m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan veiem que la massa se&#039;ns ha despr\u00e8s de les parets, pararem el pastat i dividirem els panets de 80 grs. de massa i ens sortiran 18 unitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobre un drap de lli o cot\u00f3 empolvorarem amb una mica de farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li donarem forma de bola i els dipositarem sobre la tela per a una primera fermentaci\u00f3. Passats 30 minuts, els donarem la forma i les marques caracter\u00edstiques dels panets de viena. \u00c9s molt recomanable mireu el v\u00eddeo, on explico d&#039;una manera f\u00e0cil perqu\u00e8 els pugueu marcar a casa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tinguin feta la marca, ho tornarem a dipositar sobre la tela de lli, empolvorada amb farina, per\u00f2 amb la marca a sota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els taparem amb un drap net, i els deixarem fermentar fins que dobleguin el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els posarem en una llauna de fornejar que greixarem amb una mica d&#039;oli per evitar que se&#039;ns enganxin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte, passarem els panets a la llauna donant-los la volta \u00e9s a dir al rev\u00e9s de com han estat durant la fermentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tingueu molta cura en el transvasament, ja que se us poden desinflar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tindrem el forn preparat a 200 graus amb un bol amb for\u00e7a aigua i un drap, perqu\u00e8 ens faci vapor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00b7locarem els panets dins del forn, i si teniu un dispensador d&#039;aigua d&#039;esprai, el podreu fer fora per les parets i fins i tot una mica per sobre dels panets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb 25 minuts de cocci\u00f3, seran suficients perqu\u00e8 tingueu llestos aquests panets de viena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
