El Forner d&#039;Alella ens presenta com preparar un deliciosa Past\u00eds amb forma de cor per a Sant Valent\u00ed per festejar el Dia dels Enamorats i sorprendre a la vostra parella. Que esperes? Farina de Rebosteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Sobre de Llevat Qu\u00edmic (Royal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melmelada de Pr\u00e9ssec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/almibar-per-banar-pastissos\/\">Alm\u00edvar<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/ganache-de-xocolata\/\">Ganache de Xocolata<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina juntament amb el llevat qu\u00edmic. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els ous en un bol, la ratlladura de llimona i el sucre. Batrem a marxa r\u00e0pida durant uns 7 minuts aproximadament fins que quedi ben escum\u00f3s. Es pot fer tamb\u00e9 amb unes varetes oa m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ben batut afegirem la farina a poc a poc i ho barrejarem amb les mans, amb molt de compte i d&#039;una manera envoltant de baix a dalt fins que quedi ben integrada tota la farina a la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica de mantega en un motlle i ho empolvorarem amb farina perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi el pa de pessic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 omplirem el motlle amb la barreja i ho enfornarem amb el forn preescalfat a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament. Al cap de 20 minuts ho hem tapat amb paper d&#039;alumini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop refredat el pa de pessic el desemmotllem i el partim per la meitat en dos trossos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banyem el pa de pessic pels dos costats amb l&#039;Alm\u00edvar (veure v\u00eddeo) i seguidament li posem la melmelada de pr\u00e9ssec ben estesa. Ja tenim emplenat el pa de pessic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem paper de coure en una safata ia sobre una reixeta alta. Dipositarem el pa de pessic a la reixeta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un pinzell pintarem els laterals del pa de pessic amb el ganache de xocolata (veure v\u00eddeo) perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s quedi la xocolata ben uniforme per tot el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem el ganache de xocolata per sobre del past\u00eds. Cal fer-ho sense por, ja que la xocolata sobrant despr\u00e9s es pot aprofitar. \u00c9s important que la xocolata es tiri d&#039;una forma r\u00e0pida perqu\u00e8 vagi relliscant i quedi una capa for\u00e7a gruixuda i ben llisa que cobreixi tot el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal deixar refredar, almenys durant unes 12 hores en un lloc fresc, mai a la nevera. S&#039;ha d&#039;assecar la xocolata i quedar una capa dura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte traurem el past\u00eds de la reixeta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment la podem decorar amb unes flors comestibles, o b\u00e9 al vostre gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Past\u00eds de Sant Valent\u00ed detingudament per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tarta de San Valent\u00edn con Ganache de Chocolate para un d\u00eda tan especial como San Valent\u00edn.
