Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta de Festucs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cullerades soperes de Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Festucs torrats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colorant alimentari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a la Pasta de Festucs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>125 grs. Festucs crus pelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Oli de Girasol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la Pasta de Festucs torrem els festucs al forn a 150 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament fins que vegem que s&#039;han torrat. Reservem uns quants festucs per posar-los dins del gelat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb l&#039;aigua i el sucre i ho remenem durant un minut fins a aconseguir un alm\u00edvar. Barregem els festucs amb l&#039;alm\u00edvar ja fora del foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturem els festucs afegint-hi unes 4 cullerades soperes d&#039;oli de gira-sol fins aconseguir una pasta. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el gelat posem en un cass\u00f3 la nata per muntar, la llet, la mel i la pasta de festucs. Remenem una mica i ho posem al foc. Remenem sempre fins que comenci a bullir aleshores apagarem el foc i deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric batem en un bol gran, els rovells d&#039;ou i el sucre fins que quedin ben escumoses i blanquejades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A poc a poc afegim als ous la barreja que hem bullit, sobretot ha d&#039;estar a temperatura ambient perqu\u00e8 no es talli i remenem b\u00e9 amb un batedor manual fins que tot quedi ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per donar-li el color festuc ho farem amb colorant alimentari seguint les instruccions que ens indiqui el fabricant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem de nou la barreja del gelat al foc i amb el foc baix anirem remenant fins que comenci a fer bombolles. Cal apagar el foc abans que bulli. Deixarem refredar el m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament possible si pot ser ho podem refredar dins d&#039;aigua freda. Passarem el gelat al recipient on es congelar\u00e0. Ho deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes dues hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem el gelat al congelador durant uns 45 minuts. Passat aquest temps el remourem perqu\u00e8 no es cristal\u00b7litzi procurant arribar a tots els cantons i al fons del recipient per evitar que es congeli massa r\u00e0pid. Afegim els festucs reservats que hem trossejat.
