Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3 del Ganache de Xocolata:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Piquem la xocolata perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil fondre-la i la reservem en un bol gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegim la nata l\u00edquida. Abans que comenci a bullir la nata apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tirem a poc a poc la nata calenta al bol de la xocolata i amb un batedor manual, batrem en\u00e8rgicament fins que es dissolgui totalment la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la mantega a temperatura ambient i seguirem batent r\u00e0pidament fins que quedi la mantega completament integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El ganache per cobrir pastissos ha d&#039;estar calent i si \u00e9s per farcits ho hem de deixar refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ja est\u00e0 llest el nostre ganache de xocolata, que podem guardar tapat al frigor\u00edfic durant unes dues setmanes.
