Carn Picada de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Carn Picada de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 grs. S\u00edpia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. P\u00e8sols Congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>160 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre de Caldo de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Ametlles Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Llesques de Pa Frito<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Culleradeta de Sucre <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer les mandonguilles posarem els ous en un bol, el julivert i una dent d&#039;all picats, la sal i el pebre negre. Batrem b\u00e9 i afegirem la carn picada. Ho barrejarem tot ia continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el pa ratllat i barrejarem fins que ens quedi una massa compacta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem unes boletes que arrebossarem amb farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentem la s\u00edpia i reservarem la bosseta de la salsa que \u00e9s a dalt dels tentacles. Tallarem la s\u00edpia a daus i posarem una mica d&#039;oli a la cassola. Quan estigui calent tirarem la s\u00edpia que anir\u00e0 deixant anar aigua. Deixeu-ho coure a foc lent fins que s&#039;evapori l&#039;aigua. Retirarem la s\u00edpia i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la ceba a la cassola i quan estigui transparent hi afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Quan estigui tot sofregit, hi afegirem el vi negre i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi posarem la meitat del brou de peix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la s\u00edpia i tamb\u00e9 la culleradeta de sucre i la salsa de la s\u00edpia. Remenarem b\u00e9 i ho deixarem coure tot junt durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament amb el foc molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim les rodanxes de pa i les reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem lleugerament les mandonguilles per tots els costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les mandonguilles a la cocci\u00f3 i deixarem coure durant uns vint minuts amb la cassola tapada ia foc lent. Si espessem massa, hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una picada amb el pa fregit, les ametlles torrades, dues dents d&#039;all i el julivert. Posem una mica de brou de peix i ho batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els p\u00e8sols a la cassola i incorporem la picada.
