Fetuchinis (prepara els teus clicant aqu\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Gules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Gambes petites pelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Alls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Guindillas (Cayena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola si pot ser de fang i amb l&#039;oli fred hi afegim els alls tallats a l\u00e0mines i les dues caienes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixem que vagi bullint l&#039;oli molt lentament, el foc tan baix com sigui possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan els alls tinguin una mica de color afegirem les gambes pelades i les deixarem coure fins que canvi\u00efn el color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les gules i ho deixarem coure a foc lent durant uns cinc minuts, sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin a la cassola. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una olla amb abundant aigua bullint hi posarem la sal ia continuaci\u00f3 els fetutxinis. Afegiu-hi una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i deixeu-ho bullir, fins que la pasta quedi al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop bullida la pasta, l&#039;escorrerem i la refrescarem amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola m\u00e9s gran posarem el preparat de les gules i les gambes i hi afegirem els fetutxinis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho barrejarem tot i ho deixarem coure durant uns dos o tres minuts, remenant amb compte perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En servir-los a taula, podem acompanyar aquest plat amb el formatge parmes\u00e0 ratllat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Fetuchinis amb gules i gambes per a una millor comprensi\u00f3.<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy Carmen en el Forner de Alella nos muestra c\u00f3mo preparar estos deliciosos Fetuchinis con Gulas un plato muy f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido de preparar.
