S\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de preparar i si els feu a casa, veureu que us agradaran. Musclos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 grs. Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Tom\u00e0quet Madur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem b\u00e9 els musclos i els traurem totes les impureses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una olla hi posarem una mica d&#039;aigua, dues dents d&#039;all sencers, la fulla de llorer i una mica de sal. Hi afegirem els musclos i taparem la cassola fins que els musclos s&#039;hagin obert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop oberts, escorrerem els musclos i reservarem el brou de la cocci\u00f3. Colarem el brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem la ceba a juliana, pelem els alls, els partim per la meitat i traiem la pell al tom\u00e0quet. Tallem el tom\u00e0quet a trossos petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva al fons de la cassola i quan estigui calent hi afegim la ceba i els alls. Ho deixem sofregir fins que la ceba quedi transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posem el tom\u00e0quet i ho deixem sofregir tot junt fins que el tom\u00e0quet quedi desfet. Ho fem a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem a la cassola una part del brou de la cocci\u00f3 dels musclos, hi afegirem la sal i el pebre, al gust, i deixarem coure durant uns 8 minuts, controlant que no falti brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment posarem els musclos que els hem tret una de les dues parts de la closca, i els deixarem coure tot junt durant un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s millor deixar-los reposar durant uns 5 minuts abans de servir-los.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us convido que veieu el v\u00eddeo d&#039;aquests deliciosos Musclos a la Marinera per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el Forner de Alella te mostramos c\u00f3mo preparar estos riquisimos Mejillones a la Marinera.
