Hem utilitzat maduixots naturals i ho hem preparat amb geladora el\u00e8ctrica i tamb\u00e9 de forma manual. Maduixots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Iogurt Natural (si \u00e9s Grec millor)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per a Muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit\/\">Sucre Invertit prepara&#039;l clicant aqu\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0i si tens <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit-amb-thermomix\/\">Termomix clica aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades soperes de Xarop de Grosella (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En primer lloc, rentarem els maduixots i els deixarem esc\u00f3rrer b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedin sense aigua. Els trossejarem i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem els dos iogurts i hi afegirem el sucre m\u00f2lt. A continuaci\u00f3 posarem els maduixots i batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que ens quedi tot liquat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem la nata que ha de tenir una mat\u00e8ria greixosa del 35% com a m\u00ednim. No heu de quedar muntada del tot (veure el v\u00eddeo i veureu la textura que ha de quedar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la nata hi afegirem el sucre invertit i el batrem una mica perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran posarem la barreja que hem fet amb els maduixots i hi afegirem la nata a poc a poc amb moviments envoltants de dalt a baix fins que ens quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si voleu que tingui un color m\u00e9s rosat, podeu posar-hi 3 cullerades soperes de xarop de grosella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho taparem amb paper film i ho deixarem durant 2 hores a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si utilitzeu geladora el\u00e8ctrica cal deixar-ho com a m\u00ednim 45 minuts amb la gelatera en marxa, dins del congelador, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, sempre seguint les instruccions del fabricant.
