Xocolata per fondre<\/li><li>100 grs. Nata per muntar<\/li><li>40 grs. Pinyons<\/li><li>Sucre<\/li><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer el Crocanti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>35 grs. Granet d&#039;Ametlla<\/li><li>20 grs. Sucre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"p1 wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata i afegim la xocolata trossejada. Amb el foc molt baix remenem constantment fins que la xocolata es fongui. Reservem fins que es refredi<\/li><li>En una paella posem el granet d&#039;ametlla i ho torrem fins que quedi un color daurat<\/li><li>Afegim el sucre i remenem fins que el sucre es barregi b\u00e9 amb el granet. Deixem refredar<\/li><li>Posem la placa de pasta de full en una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre<\/li><li>Repartirem la xocolata per sobre de la pasta de full procurant no arribar a les vores de la planxa<\/li><li>En cas que el crocanti quedi una mica enganxat l&#039;esmicolarem una mica amb les mans<\/li><li>Distribuirem el crocant per sobre de la xocolata<\/li><li>L&#039;altra placa de pasta de full la posarem damunt de la xocolata i apretarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi ben enganxada. Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un ganivet amb la punta arrodonida farem unes ondulacions i aix\u00ed quedaran ben tancades les dues plaques de pasta de full (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li><li>Pintarem amb ou batut tota la superf\u00edcie de la coca i per sobre distribuirem els pinyons que pr\u00e8viament hem tingut en remull durant uns 15 minuts<\/li><li>Finalment posarem abundant sucre distribu\u00eft per tota la coca<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 30\/35 minuts.
