Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. An\u00eds Dol\u00e7 Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Nous pelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Panses de Corint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous per decorar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol gran la farina tamisada, els ous, l&#039;an\u00eds dol\u00e7, el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona i el llevat que pr\u00e8viament hem dissolt a la llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem tot dins del bol i quan la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol la traurem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la taula de treball hem posat una mica de farina i continuem pastant amb les mans procurant airejar la massa perqu\u00e8 la farina deixi anar el gluten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mig pastar afegim la mantega a punt de pomada i la integrarem b\u00e9 amb la resta de la massa. Continuem pastant durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem la massa amb un drap de cuina i la deixem reposar uns 15 minuts, aix\u00f2 ens servir\u00e0 per poder treballar-la millor ja que de moment \u00e9s una massa for\u00e7a tova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuem pastant ja que en airejar-la cada cop es treballa millor i \u00e9s menys tova. Deixem reposar 10 minuts m\u00e9s tapada amb un drap perqu\u00e8 vagi desenvolupant el gluten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a continuaci\u00f3 les nous trossejades i les panses i les integrem a la massa procurant que quedin repartides per tota la massa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva al bol i deixem la massa en rep\u00f2s tapada fins que doblegui el volum. Ha estat en rep\u00f2s uns 45 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la taula de treball posem una mica d&#039;oli i donem a la massa la forma d&#039;un cilindre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem una safata de forn ben untada amb oli, tamb\u00e9 es pot posar paper de coure. Posem la nostra massa a la safata i la deixem reposar uns 5 minuts perqu\u00e8 la massa es relaxi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a sobre de la massa i amb les dues mans li donem la forma de coca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixem fermentar fins que dobli el volum en un lloc tancat que no li doni l&#039;aire. Un cop fermentada batem un ou i amb molt de compte pintem per sobre la coca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorem la coca amb nous partides per la meitat i per sobre de la coca posem abundant sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En sortir del forn ruixem la coca amb an\u00eds per donar-li m\u00e9s sabor.
