Avui elaborarem una Coca de Brioche amb Crema Pastissera. Si la voleu fer a casa vostra \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de preparar. Farina de For\u00e7a Farina de for\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Aigua temperada (no freda)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PER A LA COCA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/crema-pastissera\/\">Crema Pastissera (recepta completa)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinyons o Ametlles Filatejades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepararem aquesta coca pastant-la amb una pastadora el\u00e8ctrica, es pot fer tamb\u00e9 a m\u00e0 seguint les instruccions que podeu veure al v\u00eddeo de la coca de brioix amb fruites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En primer lloc prepararem la massa mare posant la farina, el llevat i l&#039;aigua t\u00e8bia a la pastadora, fins que quedi una massa homog\u00e8nia. Quan es deixi anar la massa de les parets ja la tindrem preparada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixarem reposar a la pastadora, tapada amb un drap, durant uns 30 minuts, fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem la llet, els ous, el sucre, la ratlladura de la llimona i la sal. Ho pastarem uns moments perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisarem la farina i pastarem durant uns set minuts. Afegirem la mantega a punt pomada i el llevat esmicolat i continuem pastant durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament fins que s&#039;enlairi de les parets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la pasta de la pastadora i pastarem a m\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 quedi la massa m\u00e9s fina. Us donarem la forma d&#039;una bola i la taparem amb un drap deixant-la reposar uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pesem i us sortir\u00e0 1 kgr. de coca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i amb un corr\u00f3 greixat amb oli, estirarem la massa de brioix, fins a donar-li la forma desitjada. La posarem en una llauna recoberta amb paper per anar al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixarem reposar fins que fermenti, aproximadament durant una hora en un lloc tancat perqu\u00e8 no li doni l&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan hagueu fermentat li posarem oli per sobre i l&#039;estendrem per tota la superf\u00edcie. Amb la m\u00e0 untada amb oli farem uns solcs diagonalment perqu\u00e8 ens quedin uns quadrats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;una m\u00e0niga pastissera omplirem els solcs amb la crema pastissera i la deixarem acabar de fermentar una altra vegada tapada tamb\u00e9 en un lloc tancat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment hi posarem els pinyons i abundant sucre per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i per baix i en posar la coca al forn, el baixarem a 200 \u00ba i deixarem coure durant uns 20\/25 minuts
