Farina de Forn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Crema Pastissera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Mantega per a la pasta de full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 grs. Llevat Sec de Forn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Crema Pastissera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de mitja llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol els ous, el sucre, la mantega, la llet, el llevat dissolt amb una mica de la llet i la ratlladura de la llimona i barregem una mica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada i pastem durant uns 8 minuts si ho fem amb pastadora el\u00e8ctrica. Es pot fer tamb\u00e9 a m\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de farina a la taula de treball i dipositem la massa que acabarem de pastar a m\u00e0. Per amassar agafarem unes puntes de la massa i doblegarem (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De tant en tant, deixarem reposar la massa durant un minut per treballar-la millor. Es pasta fins que la massa quedi molt fina. Cal fer la prova de la membrana que \u00e9s agafar una mica de massa i anar-la estirant sense que es trenqui. Farem una bola amb la massa i deixarem reposar tapada durant uns 15 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mantega per a la pasta de full l&#039;hem aplanada i feta un quadrat d&#039;1 cent\u00edmetre de gruix i l&#039;hem deixada a la nevera ja que ha d&#039;estar molt freda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem farina a la taula de treball i amb un corr\u00f3 farem un rectangle gran. Posem al centre la mantega i posem damunt la mantega una part de la massa i dobleguem amb l&#039;altra part de la massa. Queda com un llibre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal posar sempre farina a la taula de treball abans d&#039;estirar la massa. Amb el corr\u00f3 tornem a aplanar la massa fent un rectangle. Dobleguem la massa en tres parts, segons es veu al v\u00eddeo. Tapem la massa i la deixem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 15 minuts com a m\u00ednim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornem a estirar la massa fins a formar un altre rectangle gran i aix\u00ed es van formant les capes de la pasta de full. Dobleguem la massa de nou i al frigor\u00edfic durant 15 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem de nou la mateixa operaci\u00f3 i la guardem al frigor\u00edfic durant 15 minuts m\u00e9s. Passat aquest temps estirem de nou fins a aconseguir un rectangle de 60 cm. x 30 cm. Tallarem per la meitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem uns triangles grans i els estirem una mica. Posem la crema pastissera a la part ampla del triangle i dobleguem el triangle com si fos un croissant. Les dues puntes les tanquem perqu\u00e8 no surti la crema<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els xuxos en una safata amb paper d&#039;enfornar i els deixem fermentar en un lloc tancat fins que dobleguin el volum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els fregim en una paella fonda amb abundant oli de gira-sol. Els deixem en paper absorbent per treure l&#039;exc\u00e9s d&#039;oli i seguidament els arrebossem amb sucre en gra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el
