Espirals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Pebrot Vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Esp\u00e0rrecs verds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Bolets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa de Soja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu i talleu en quadradets la pastanaga, el porro, els esp\u00e0rrecs, el pebrot verd i el pebrot vermell. Piquem l&#039;all i el julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem aigua abundant en una olla i quan comenci a bullir l&#039;aigua, afegim la sal ia continuaci\u00f3 la pasta. Aboquem un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli i remenem. Bullim la pasta fins que estigui al dente. L&#039;escorrem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella fonda hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem el porro trossejat i amb el foc baix ho farem fins que estigui transparent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la pastanaga trossejada i els esp\u00e0rrecs. Donarem unes voltes i sofregirem durant un parell de minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el pebrot vermell i el verd. Remenarem i coem durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim els bolets i quan estiguin una mica cuits hi afegirem la sal i el pebre negre. Posarem tamb\u00e9 l&#039;all i el julivert picats.
