Avui la cuinarem rostida en un forn de llenya. Podeu preparar-la a casa i cuinar-la de la mateixa manera, en un forn convencional. Queda deliciosa i amb tot el sabor de la carn. Anima&#039;t a fer-la que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg. Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Got d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en una plata, si pot ser de fang, que pugui anar al forn, les espatlles tallades a trossos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En primer lloc untarem el xai amb abundant mantega de porc pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem les espatlles pels dos costats i hi afegirem el vi blanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem macerar durant una hora i despr\u00e9s farem la volta a l&#039;espatlla i deixarem macerar una hora m\u00e9s. Reserveu-lo tapat amb paper d&#039;alumini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si es fa al forn de llenya, cal escalfar el forn i quan hagi cremat la llenya i nom\u00e9s quedin brases el posarem al forn. Ho deixarem tapat, perqu\u00e8 es vagi coent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si ho fem en un forn normal, preescalfem el forn a 200 \u00ba per dalt i per baix i ho deixem dins del forn tapat amb el paper d&#039;alumini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop hagin passat 30 minuts, traurem el paper d&#039;alumini i donarem la volta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem el gotet d&#039;aigua i deixarem coure fins que ens quedi daurat per la part de dalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim lleugerament les patates, que hem tallat a rodanxes de \u00bd cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem la volta a la carn i hi afegirem les patates, pr\u00e8viament salades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem d&#039;anar controlant que no falti suc al rostit. Si cal, podeu afegir-hi una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui daurada pels dos costats ja tindrem rostida la nostra espatlla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
