Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal a Escamas per empolvorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem el llevat de forner en un got amb laigua. Ho remourem perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui el llevat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el sucre i barrejarem ja que aix\u00f2 ajudar\u00e0 a la fermentaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu en un bol la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada i afegiu-hi la barreja del llevat, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, i la sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem primer amb una esp\u00e0tula de fusta i despr\u00e9s pastarem a m\u00e0 fins que estigui tot ben barrejat i la massa es desprengui de les parets. Aquesta massa \u00e9s una mica dura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la massa a la taula de treball i continuarem pastant una mica m\u00e9s. Donarem a la massa una forma cil\u00edndrica. Taparem amb un drap i deixarem reposar durant uns 10 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirarem la massa amb un corr\u00f3 procurant que quedi ben fina i tingui una forma el m\u00e9s rectangular possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les vores perqu\u00e8 quedin rectangulars. Tallarem la massa per la meitat i farem unes tires de 2 cm. de llarg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preparat una safata per anar al forn que l&#039;hem untat amb una mica d&#039;oli de gira-sol i posem els bastonets a la safata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixem un espai entre els bastonets i tallem les puntes perqu\u00e8 quedin tots iguals. Els pintem amb oli d&#039;oliva verge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica de sal en escates per sobre de cada bastonet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la massa que ens hagi sobrat, l&#039;estirem de nou i fem la mateixa operaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed aprofitem tota la massa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els enfornem durant uns 10\/15 minuts. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Han de quedar daurats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els deixarem refredar abans de treure&#039;ls de la safata del forn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels
