Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Aigua temperada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PER A LA COCA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>90 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>425 grs. Farina de for\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. An\u00eds Marie Brizard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primer prepararem la massa mare ajuntant tots els ingredients i pastant fins que quedi tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem reposar dins un bol durant una hora tapada amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop hagi fermentat, i doblegat el volum, hi afegirem la llet, l&#039;an\u00eds, els ous, el sucre, la sal i la farina que pr\u00e8viament haurem tamisat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amasseu tota la barreja amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;una esp\u00e0tula. Es pot afegir opcionalment la ratlladura de mitja llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estiguin integrats tots els ingredients, deixarem reposar durant 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem del bol, enfarinarem una mica la taula de treball, i comen\u00e7arem a amassar a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem la mantega, que ha d&#039;estar a temperatura pomada. No us preocupeu que la massa es torni tova ja que amb el pastat, anir\u00e0 agafant de nou la seva textura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop pastat durant una bona estona. (mirar el v\u00eddeo) ens ha de quedar una massa el\u00e0stica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Li donarem una mica de forma i la deixarem reposar 15 minuts m\u00e9s tapada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veureu que la massa \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil i es treballa millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pastarem una mica m\u00e9s li donarem una forma de bola i la passarem de nou al bol tapada amb un drap per a la prefermentaci\u00f3, fins a doblegar el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pesarem la massa a uns 800\/1000 grams, li donarem forma de bola, la deixarem reposar 5 minuts i amb un corr\u00f3 li donarem forma ovalada o rectangular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pintarem amb un ou batut i l&#039;adornarem al gust amb les fruites confitades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat que no li doni aire. Ha de doblegar el volum. Aquesta coca va trigar 4 hores de fermentaci\u00f3, si voleu accelerar el proc\u00e9s, podeu afegir a la massa de la coca 20\/25 grs. de llevat de forner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem pinyons i sucre per tota la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans haurem preescalfat el forn per dalt i per baix a 250 \u00ba passarem a la seva cocci\u00f3 baixant el forn a una temperatura entre 190\/200 \u00ba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 20\/25 minuts tindrem una estupenda coca de fruites confitades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com sempre us aconsellem mireu el v\u00eddeo de la
