Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Llevat sec de forner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Rosc\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Massa Mare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Llevat fresc de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades Aigua d&#039;Azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 grs. Mantega de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Mazapan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Mel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per adornar el Rosc\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fruites Confitades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3 del Rosc\u00f3n de Reyes amb Mazap\u00e1n:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la massa mare agafem una punteta de llevat i la dilu\u00efm a la llet i ho passem a un bol juntament amb el sucre i la farina. Amassem amb una cullera de fusta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;enlairi la massa de les parets del bol, la retirem i pastem una mica m\u00e9s amb les mans. Us donem la forma d&#039;una bola. Posem una mica de farina al fons del bol i dipositem la massa. Ho taparem amb paper film i deixarem reposar a temperatura ambient almenys durant 12 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem amb una pastadora i posem primer la massa mare, afegim el llevat pr\u00e8viament dissolt a la llet, els ous, un pessic de sal, el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona i de taronja, l&#039;aigua de tarongina i la mel. L&#039;aigua la reservarem i afegirem despr\u00e9s, si cal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem durant un parell de minuts i afegim la farina tamisada. Amassarem una mica m\u00e9s i afegirem la mantega a poc a poc perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui amb facilitat. Amassem durant uns 10 minuts. Es pot fer el mateix proc\u00e9s a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bolquem la massa a la taula de treball i pastem una mica m\u00e9s a m\u00e0. Deixem reposar la massa tapada amb un drap durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva a la taula de treball i fem dues boles amb la massa i deixem reposar durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem una de les boles amb el corr\u00f3 procurant que quedi una massa ben fina. Per sobre estendrem el llard de porc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A un costat de la massa posem el rotllo de massap\u00e0 i enrotllem la massa. La tanquem donant-li la forma de rosco. Dipositem el rosco en una llauna de coure amb paper de coure per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un full d&#039;afaitar o amb un ganivet molt esmolat donem uns talls per sobre del rosc. Adornam amb les fruites confitades i posem tamb\u00e9 dins el rosc la fava i la figureta. Deixem fermentar en un lloc tancat, que no li doni l&#039;aire, durant unes dues hores, fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem amb ou batut el tortell. Preparem en un bol una mica de sucre i hi posem unes gotes d&#039;aigua. Barregem fins aconseguir que el sucre quedi una mica mullat i empolvorem aquest sucre per sobre del tortell fent uns munts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 18 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n del forn, cal vigilar que no quedi gaire torrat per dalt.
