Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600\/700 ml. Caldo de Verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Leche evaporada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Jam\u00f3n Serrano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavaremos y trocearemos los puerros. Pelaremos y cortaremos las peras en trocitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavaremos y pelaremos la patata y la cortaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela pondremos la mantequilla y el aceite y cuando est\u00e9 derretida la mantequilla rehogaremos los puerros con el fuego bajo durante unos 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n agregaremos la patata y las peras. Daremos unas vueltas y seguidamente a\u00f1adiremos el vino. Removeremos y cocinaremos unos 2 minutos hasta que evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos el caldo de verduras, la nuez moscada, un poco de sal, la pimienta y la leche evaporada. Cocinaremos la crema durante unos 25 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batiremos la crema hasta que quede bien fina. Se puede colar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando la crema se haya enfriado la guardaremos tapada en el frigor\u00edfico. Se puede consumir a temperatura ambiente, o fr\u00eda, o tambi\u00e9n caliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para preparar el jam\u00f3n crujiente pondremos en un plato papel de hornear y encima lo cubriremos con las lonchas de jam\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s lo taparemos con otro papel por encima y lo pondremos en el microondas a m\u00e1xima potencia unos 3 o 4 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 tostadito.
