Torr\u00f3 de Xixona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 rovells d&#039;ou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 ml. Llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre Nata per muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit\/\">Sucre invertit.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pell d&#039;una llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 branques de Canela.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem en un cass\u00f3 la llet juntament amb la pell de la llimona i la canyella i la deixarem fins que bulli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho deixarem temperar i ho colarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem el sucre en gra i els rovells d&#039;ou fins que quedi una crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem a la llet que ten\u00edem reservada la nata l\u00edquida i el sucre invertit. Ho escalfarem a foc lent fins a temperar-ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem del foc i afegirem la barreja del sucre i els rovells d&#039;ou que ten\u00edem reservat remenant-ho b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament, afegim el torr\u00f3 esmicolat, i el pessic de sal. Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric ho batrem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a foc lent tota la barreja i anirem remenant fins que s&#039;espesseixi una mica. No heu d&#039;arribar a bullir en cap moment ja que es podria tallar la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar i ho posarem al frigor\u00edfic durant tres hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem el gelat al congelador durant 45 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El traurem del congelador, i ho remourem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no es cristal\u00b7litzi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta operaci\u00f3 la repetirem 3 vegades m\u00e9s ia poc a poc notareu que va quedant m\u00e9s esp\u00e8s i crem\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment de nou al congelador durant dotze hores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que el traieu del congelador 15 minuts abans de servir-lo.<br>Mirar el v\u00eddeo Gelat de torr\u00f3 de Xixona per a una millor
