Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caldo de Carne o agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Con un cuchillo chafaremos los ajos con piel. Cortaremos las cebollas en juliana. Pelaremos el tomate y lo cortaremos en cuadraditos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpimentaremos el conejo por los dos lados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos aceite de oliva en una cazuela y freiremos los ajos enteros. Freiremos los trozos de conejo por los dos lados con la cazuela tapada para que no nos salpique. Reservaremos el conejo y sacaremos tambi\u00e9n los ajos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofreiremos la cebolla con un poco de sal y el fuego bajo durante unos 15 minutos hasta que quede dorada y blandita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0A\u00f1adiremos el tomate y removeremos. Agregaremos el vino y coceremos hasta que evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporaremos el conejo junto con\u00a0 el jugo que haya soltado, pondremos tambi\u00e9n el tomillo, el laurel y el caldo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos cocinado el conejo con la cazuela tapada y el fuego bajo durante 40 minutos, vigilando que no se quede sin caldo.
